Gym Rules:
If you have a muscle injury or contagious disease, notify the reception before initiating any physical activity.
The use of gym facilities is strictly forbidden to children under 12 years of age for safety reasons. From the age of 12, can use the facilities with prior authorization signed by the parents or legal guardian.
The use of the facilities is under your responsibility, we have Monitor and Personal Trainer. Ask at reception.
Clothing and sports shoes are required for use of the gym facilities.
For hygiene reasons please use a towel to make use of the machines.
For the benefit of all, do not move the machines from their location.
